Types of Commercial Roofing for Flat Roofs & Sloped Roofs

  • Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roof– TPO is a single-ply roofing membrane that offers excellent performance at a cost-effective price. Heat-welded seams provide superior strength. TPO’s long-term heat, UV, and natural fungal resistance, plus flexibility without need for plasticizers also make TPO a reliable low-slope roofing system.
  • Polyvinyl Chloride( PVC)  Roof– PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a membrane with excellent flexibility, as well as increased resistance to UV,  , tears, punctures, and chemicals. PVC membranes feature heat-welded seams, a white reflective color, and easy to repair.
  • Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EDPM)– EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane. It is widely used in low-slope buildings in the United States and worldwide. Its two primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene, are derived from oil and natural gas.
  • Asphalt Shingle Roofs – The most common Roofing material especially on residential homes. It includes 3 Tab, Architectural, and Luxury.
  • Modified Bitumen Roofing– Modified Bitumen is made from asphalt that has been modified with one or more polymers or solvents to provide flexibility, impact resistance, strength, flexibility.  Mod-Bit membranes can be applied by torch, hot- mopping or cold-applied adhesives.
  • Shake Roof– Individual piece of either wood or synthetic material used for roofing.
  • Liquid Roofing– Reflective, flexible, and easy-to-repair liquid-applied roofing is constructed from high-quality components that all work together to provide excellent protection.
  • Standing Seam Metal Roofs– Standing seam metal roofs are extremely durable often lasting the life of a home. These help keep the interior cool. They are also extremely effective at shedding snow.
  • Metal Roofing– Made of Aluminum,steel,zinc or copper
  • Bur Systems (Built up roofing)– Built-up roofing (BUR) is a continuous, semi-flexible roof membrane consisting of multiple plies of saturated felts, coated felts, fabrics, or mats assembled in place with alternate layers of bitumen. BUR can be surfaced with mineral aggregate, bituminous materials, a liquid-applied coating or a granule-surfaced cap sheet. BUR helps to reduce installation costs while tackling the most demanding roof applications.
  • Rolled Asphalt Roofing– A very inexpensive option for low incline roofs. They are also very quickly installed.
  • Single Ply Roofing– Flexible roofing materials include TPO,PVC and EPDM.
